Mobile Bar Vendor Rules and Application

Vendor Fee $250

Our mobile bar last year did awesome with it being quadruple the number of vendors and a expectant large increase in event goers we are looking to have  2 mobile bar vendors.

*We currently have 2 vendors signed up for the event but you may still put in application to be added to the waitlist if a vendor is to dropout.

• Payment Plans Available ($5 Service fee added to payment plans)

  • Pay in full $250 (Non-Refundable/Non-transferrable)​

  • Pay Non-Refundable Deposit 25% ($63.75) and 3 remaining payments of ($63.75 each every 2 weeks) (Includes $5 Service Fee)

  • Pay Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% ($127.50) and $127.50 due in 2 weeks (Includes $5 Service Fee)

• Additional Requirements

  • Must have a liquor license and submit copy to ​eryan@nardin.org

  • ​Must Submit the following forms (cost is the responsibility of the vendor) here.

    • One day beer and wine permit​

  • Must Submit Landlord Authorization form to eryan@nardin.org
