Vendor Fee $100 per class
Field Day Fest is looking for motivated fitness instructors to host fitness classes throughout the event. There is a fitness areas on the field that is 60x80 in size. (Slots are 1 hour and 15 mins. Includes setup/class time/breakdown)

Must provide own family friendly music due to nature of event.

Must provide chargeable stereo/mic (No electricity available)

Must provide a link for participants to signup and you pay directly

All ticket sales go directly to fitness instructor

Cost pp is up to the instructor.

It is up to the instructor to know how many people the area can host for the class type.

Looking for individuals that have a strong social media presence and following and are able to promote and fill their class(es). Field Day Fest will post links to signup as well.

Must have business page for your fitness business

You will be allowed to bring a table/chairs and setup around the perimeter of the fitness area to advertise and do onsite signups at the event as well. (8x6 space) Instructors can stay setup the duration of event or class time. Your choice!

Presales are preferred.

Once application is filled out, if you are selected you will receive a "Welcome email". The welcome email will have a link to select class times. These slots are first come/first serve but will be enough available for those chosen so be on the lookout.
