Vendor Fee $250

Must be registered with NYS Department of Health

  • Payment Plans Available ($5 Service fee added to payment plans)

    • Pay in full $250 (Non-Refundable/Non-transferrable)​

    • Pay Non-Refundable Deposit 25% ($63.75) and 3 remaining payments of ($63.75 each every 2 weeks) (Includes $5 Service Fee)

    • Pay Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% ($127.50) and $127.50 due in 2 weeks (Includes $5 Service Fee)

  • Additional Requirements

  • Vendors must submit a Special Event License Application (2023 Temporary Stand/Exhibitor) The City of Buffalo is requiring this.

    • This is an additional cost of $40 for food vendors and the responsibility of the vendor.​

    • This cost is to the City of Buffalo (Follow directions in the link on form) Apply between 60-30 days out to ensure it is processed. 

    • Failure to apply and show proof upon requested prior to the event vendor will be dropped from the event (Vendor fees are non-refundable)
